We ordered and received an Azulle Byte4 Essential 4G LTE. It comes with a Sierra Wireless EM7411, but no drivers installed or provided, and windows update cannot find them automatically. There is also appears to be no SIM slot, unless we have to open up the enclosure to find it?
I sent a support ticket a few days ago and have not received any response. Hope I can get some answers here.

Thanks for posting this HNDJ, we're having the same issue, waiting for a follow up from Azulle support as well.
