Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
Quantum Creations LLC d/b/a Azulle (“Azulle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and safeguard information when you interact with our websites, online stores, customer support channels, marketing communications, and other services that link to this Policy. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Azulle-operated websites, storefronts, and customer interactions, whether online or offline, unless a different notice is presented to you. When you leave our services or interact directly with third-party platforms linked from our services, their privacy policies govern their handling of your information.
Definitions
Personal Information means any information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to a particular individual or household. Processing means any operation performed on Personal Information, such as collection, use, storage, disclosure, transfer, or deletion. Controller refers to the entity that determines how and why Personal Information is processed; Azulle acts as the Controller of Personal Information under this Policy unless stated otherwise. Service Providers are third parties engaged by us to process Personal Information on our behalf for business purposes under appropriate contracts.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
We may collect your name, company, business title, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account credentials if you create an account, communications you send to us, product registration data, warranty information, and support requests.
Information collected automatically
When you interact with our websites or online services, we may collect device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, and other activity data via cookies and similar technologies.
Commercial and transactional information
We maintain order history, purchased items, fulfillment details, returns, and related records that do not include full payment card data as explained below.
Information from third parties
Where permitted by law, we may receive information from logistics and fulfillment providers, marketing and analytics partners, anti-fraud services, publicly available sources, and authorized resellers or distributors to support order fulfillment, customer service, analytics, and business operations.
Job applicants and business contacts
If you apply for a role or interact with us in a business-to-business capacity, we may collect information typically found in resumes, professional profiles, and business communications for recruiting, vendor management, and related administrative purposes.
E-Commerce and Payments
Azulle uses Shopify to operate our online store and process payments. We do not collect, receive, or store your full payment card details, including card numbers and CVV codes. Payment information is provided directly to Shopify or a payment gateway integrated by Shopify, and their terms, privacy policies, and security measures govern the collection, processing, and storage of that information. Azulle receives limited transaction metadata necessary to fulfill orders, process refunds, provide support, and prevent fraud, such as payment confirmation, masked card digits where provided, and payment status.
How We Use Personal Information
We use Personal Information to provide, operate, and improve our products and services; communicate with you about purchases, accounts, and support requests; provide warranty and technical assistance; conduct troubleshooting, analytics, and research; personalize user experiences; manage marketing communications consistent with your preferences and applicable laws; detect, prevent, or investigate fraud and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, property, and safety of Azulle, our customers, and others. Where required by law, including the EU and UK GDPR, we rely on lawful bases such as performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests like security and service improvement, and consent where necessary.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve site functionality, analyze traffic, and measure marketing effectiveness. These technologies, including Google Analytics and advertising services, help us understand how our website is used and deliver relevant promotions. The data collected does not directly identify you, and we do not sell or rent your personal information. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics tracking using their browser add-on. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.
How We Share Information
Azulle does not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers and contractors that perform functions on our behalf, including Shopify for e-commerce and payments, hosting and cloud services, logistics and shipping, anti-fraud and security services, analytics, customer support tools, email and marketing platforms, and professional advisors. We may share information with resellers, distributors, or business partners as necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, and manage relationships. We may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, or legal processes; to enforce our terms; to investigate and prevent fraud or security incidents; and to protect the safety of any person. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction under continued protections.
International Data Transfers
Azulle is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required by law for cross-border transfers, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing products and services, maintaining business and financial records, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When Personal Information is no longer needed for the stated purposes, we will delete, de-identify, or anonymize it in a secure manner unless retention is required by law. Shopify and any payment gateways or financial institutions engaged through Shopify retain payment information in accordance with their own legal obligations and policies.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, security monitoring, encryption in transit where appropriate, secure development practices, and vendor diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data incident affecting your Personal Information, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to your Personal Information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, receive a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some U.S. state privacy laws also provide rights to opt out of certain processing. Azulle does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise available rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request and will respond within the time frames required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted; we will require proof of authorization and may still require you to verify your identity directly. We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights. Where state law provides an appeal right for denied requests, you may appeal by contacting us and referencing your original request.
Marketing and Communications
You may opt out of non-transactional marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or service messages related to orders, warranties, safety, or required legal notices.
Do Not Track and Opt Out Preference Signals
Some browsers offer Do Not Track signals. There is not yet a common industry standard for responding to such signals, and our websites may not respond to them. Where applicable law requires honoring browser-based opt out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor such signals to the extent our practices fall within those definitions.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 in the United States or under the age applicable in your jurisdiction. If we learn that a child has provided Personal Information through our services, we will delete it promptly.
Third-Party Services
Our services may include links to, integrations with, or use of third-party platforms and services, including Shopify for e-commerce. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms to understand how they handle your information.
Compliance
Azulle endeavors to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws in the locations where we operate or direct our services, including U.S. federal and state privacy requirements and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR. Individuals in relevant jurisdictions may have additional rights as described above and may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address any concerns.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other operational needs. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
